Junghans Vintage Clock For Repair

This is a vintage Junghans wall clock. It was sent for servicing and oiling since it was last serviced few years ago. Taking care of a vintage beauty like this is to service it every five years to minimize any unavoidable wear and tear of the mechanism in normal daily use.

Zaandam Dutch Clock For Repair

Written on the top brass, "NU ELCK SYN SIN" which means "To each his own".

This Zaandam Dutch clock was not working. The clock has not been serviced for a long time. After overhaul and oiling, it's now working fine. It's good practice to service a mechanism clock every fifth year. A dirty mechanism will worn out it's parts faster.
