This beautiful Cearco Spain wall clock with a Hermle Quartz 2100 was sent in for repair. As usual with the Hermle quartz movements that I've repaired, the problem is a broken cannon pinion!

attempted by previous repairman to tighten or close the hole

A new bushing is installed instead of old method of punching  

A worn bearing hole will not hold the pivot firmly in it's position
which causes the clock to stop working

Rhythm Cuckoo Clock for Repair

This model 4MJ659 is with music "Blue Danube" playing while the animals move and water mill turn after the cuckoo called. It's no longer in production. The clock was brought in because the animals and the water mill can't move anymore. It was repaired and cleaned up to the satisfaction of the owner.

This is a very unique and rare clock. I searched the internet high and low but can't find any information about it accept a couple of video clips (1 | 2) at YouTube which were not in working condition. This clock was brought to me since it's not working when the owner bought it. It is repaired and serviced and now it's in working condition. Below is a shaky video shot I took after repairing to show how this unusual clock works.

This clock was not working because of a broken balance staff. After replacing the broken staff and a service and oiling, the clock is working fine again.
